It’s been a busy wedding season for us and we have so many weddings to feature on the blog soon. Today we are excited to feature Justin and Ravonda’s intimate wedding at Sweet Water State Park. Photographing weddings in our hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina is great but when we have the opportunity to travel to document a wedding, it’s always a fun time. I have known Justin and Ravonda for quite sometime. Just thinking back to when this amazing couple first started dating, I knew they had something special and unique. They were introduced to each other by a mutual friend while they were attending World Overcomer’s Christian Church in Durham North Carolina. From there they have been inseparable ever since.

The day before their wedding, I toured Sweet Water State Park for the perfect location for bride and groom portraits. After a five minute hike in the woods, I found a nice area with a beautiful backdrop off trails near the Sweet Water Creek. Please enjoy a few of my favorite images from their wedding day and don’t forget to leave some love below for them in the comments section.
